Ingredients
- 185g tinned tuna in water
- 1 spring onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 tablespoon low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
- 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco
- 6 large iceberg lettuce leaves
- lemon wedges to serve

Directions
Step 1 | Drain the tinned tuna and place it into a bowl. Finely dice the tomato and chop the spring onion into small pieces before adding them to the tuna. |
Step 2 | Add the mayonnaise, garlic granules and Tabasco and gently mix together. |
Step 3 | Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if needed and then divide the mixture between the lettuce leaves, spooning the mixture into the middle of the leaves before rolling up into a wrap. |
Step 4 | Serve with lemon wedges. |
