A plum and cinnamon laced sparkling cocktail that fizzes and glistens with flavour and looks and is perfect for any Christmas, New Year or Celebratory cocktail party.
Ingredients
- 30mls (2 tablespoons) Cognac
- 15mls (1 tablespoon) Belvoir Apple, Plum and Cinnamon Cordial
- 50mls Pomegranate Juice
- 45mls (3 tablespoons) Champagne
- Pomegranate seeds for garnish

Directions
| Step 1 | Pour all the ingredients, except the pomegranate seeds, into a champagne flute and mix with a cocktail stirrer. |
