Countdown to Christmas:
Recipe Ideas, Edible Gift Ideas and Meal Plans
A very Merry Christmas to all my readers! This will be my last post before Christmas Day and it is also the last in my “Countdown to Christmas” mini series. Today I had planned to share another quick and easy recipe with you, but unfortunately I have only just been able to gain access to the internet, due to gale force winds and a very bad storm my internet has been down for over 24 hours now; so, I have not been able to upload my recipe to the on-line software recipe cards I always use. But, I will be sharing it with you before New Year as it is a great little appetiser recipe that needs no cooking and not much preparation – just the sort of recipe that is handy for the busy festive season. In place of my recipe, I would like to share some last-minute dinner ideas, for vegetables and accompaniments as well as some edible gift ideas, which can still be rustled up quite easily for gifts to take to family and friends throughout Christmas and New Year.
